Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assist contractors and operators with various questions via phone conversations or email inquiries
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
  • Handle and resolve complaints

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six months to one year related experience or training
  • Experience in telephone communication, customer service, good grammar, good writing skills
  • Experience with database applications
  • Strong knowledge of software navigation
